DURAMEN PINE

The Dura­men Deck ter­race board is made from domes­tic PEFC-cer­ti­fied heart­wood of nort­hern pine. The heart­wood per­cen­tage of the pro­duct is about 99%, and it is veri­fied by X-ray ima­ging.

INSTALLATION

The mois­ture life of pine heart­wood is sig­ni­fi­cantly lower than sap­wood. This allows the boards to be ins­tal­led directly in the final ins­tal­la­tion gap, saving valuable wor­king time on site.

BRUSHED SURFACE

Brus­hing crea­tes a natu­ral and wear-re­sis­tant sur­face for the ter­race board. By brus­hing, the sof­ter spring wood of the ter­race board is worn dee­per, lea­ving the har­der sum­mer wood more expo­sed to wear. This imp­ro­ves the dura­bi­lity of the pro­duct and crea­tes an ele­gant and natu­ral sur­face.
